用途及特点:
CNP-300X型高速精密数控车床是本公司基于九十年代同类产品的国标先进水平自主开发研制的,高速、高精密、高可靠性数控机床,机床的设计立足于高可靠性、高起点、着重考虑高速、高精密、高可靠性及机床精度保持性及整机高刚性,操作维修的宜人性,以及全封闭防护环境,防三漏的效果。CNP-300X型数控机床整体床座,倾斜床身及导轨,排削容易,该机床为排刀加工形势,速度快、效率高,控制系统采用进口FANUC-Oimate、日本三菱E60L、德国西门子802S,国内系统采用知名品牌,由用户任意选定,电气控制元件采用德国施耐德知名品牌,电气柜配置恒温空调或热交换器,主轴驱动部分采用主轴变频伺服电机或主轴伺服电机,以确保机床低速状态大功率输出,X(横)、Z(纵)向驱动采用高性能的交流伺服电机,机床的纵向、横向移动采用高精密直线滚动导轨副及高精密滚珠丝杠副,动态特性好,定位及重复定位精度高,主轴单元采用高速、高精密主轴单元,并配置台湾知名品牌的高速精密液压动力卡盘、油缸及液压站。纵、横向丝杠副、滚动导轨副采用自动间隙润滑,润滑后的液体油自动回收以确保环保,不会使冷却液与润滑液混合,自动润滑系统采用合资企业知名品牌,以确保整机的可靠稳定,加工中的冷却采用自动冷却方式,整机全封闭安全防护罩壳。该机床物美价廉,性价比优越,机床造型美观大方,高雅宜人,整体布局合理,操作方便,人机界面优越,合理地使用该机床可提高综合经济效率,该机床定位精度及重复定位精度:X/Z定位精度0.006mm/0.008mm,重复定位精度±0.002mm/±0.002mm,加工圆度≤2um,表面粗糙度可达0.4um,尺寸精度IT6,本机床主要用于加工:
1、几何形状比较复杂,精度要求高的短轴、盘、套类零件;
2、可加工圆柱、圆锥、阶梯、球面及其它各种回转曲面,也可加工螺纹;
3、对于盘类零件端面可作衡速切削;
4、可车削内孔、内槽、倒角、增加特殊刀盒也可进行钻、扩、铰加工;
5、增加特殊附件可作铣、钻孔、攻丝。(主轴为伺服驱动电机)
