　　产品概述：

　　耐博仕澎内传803混凝土防水添加剂是的第三代水泥基渗透结晶型外加剂产品，在混凝土搅拌的过程中加入。通过性降低渗透性，封堵细微裂缝、孔洞和毛细管道，使防水施工与混凝土浇筑同步完成，并成为一个不可分割的整体，为混凝土结构提供长久有效的防水保护。即使在高水压条件下，效果同样显著。澎内传混凝土防水添加剂还同时赋予了混凝土自我修复的能力，伴随混凝土使用过程产生的裂缝，都可以被封堵修复。混凝土防水添加剂拥有与其它产品相当的可施工性(强塑性、缓凝性) 和可设计配比性(推荐在混凝土浇筑前做配比试验)。混凝土的耐久性从混凝土防水添加剂开始。

　　防水施工工艺：

　　1、本产品按0.8%的水泥比(重量比)加入到混凝土里面。涂料搅拌应充分均匀，不能有小灰球，用多少拌多少，搅拌好的混凝土应在30分种内用完，在高温条件下，时间还要相应短些。

　　2、对砼结构表面有空洞、缝隙、蜂窝等现象要进行修补，特别是砂浆滴块要凿除，应清除基面的泥浆、浮块、油污等各类杂物方可进行施工，在涂刷施工时要充分保持湿润的基面才可进行涂刷，有时要边涂刷，保持基面的润湿。

　　本产品自身有独特的保湿作用，一般要求在施工后的6~8小时内进行喷水，保湿养护，每天2~3次，隔天再养护一次即可(养护保湿不能用蓄水养护)。
