80型数字切菜机是我厂新采用数字化技术研制的切菜机。本机主要用于各种茎叶类软菜切断，以及细长类硬菜切片或丝，是蔬菜加工行业制作保鲜蔬菜和脱水蔬菜较理想的加工设备。

1 主要结构

本切菜机主要有机架、压菜部分，输菜部分，切菜部分，传动部分，数字控制电路部分等结构组成，本机输菜支架、压菜部分，壳体底盘、壳体围板、机架护板等主要部件均采用不锈钢材料制作，且输送带及压菜带采用橡素材料制成，一保证长期工作不锈，不蚀。无害等特性，符合食品加工机械卫生标准要求

2工作原理

本切菜机工作时，是将待切蔬菜置于输菜带上，将蔬菜输送至入料口，高速运转的切刀将其切成断状或片状。

适用范围：
我公司生产得多功能切菜机采用螺旋刀盘切割，切面光滑，厚薄均匀，切面组织新鲜、不破坏纤维组织，切片尺寸可调，孔径大小可定做。
机器外表美观大方，整机采用不锈钢制作，操作方便产量高,可以相当于减轻几个人的劳动力，大大降低了劳动成本，切片范围1-7mm,切片的厚度可调，而且用途广泛，可以切肉苁蓉，苹果、梨子，柠檬，香蕉、藕、苦瓜、黄瓜、土豆、红薯、茄子等需要切圆圈片的蔬菜和水果。
主要有机架、旋转刀盘、传动部分、电机、出料口等组成，适于体积中等、呈长条圆柱状的物料（如淮山、莲藕、木薯、红薯（地瓜）、萝卜）的切片。本机与农产品接触部位均采用不锈钢材料制作，保证长期工作不锈、不蚀、无毒、无害，符合食品加工机械卫生要求。
安装、调试：
使用前将机器放置在干燥、通风的水平地面上，确保机器工作平稳、可靠。使用前对各部位进行检查，紧固件是否在运输途中松动，开关及电源线是否因运输而破损，料斗或料盒内是否有异物。检查电源电压是否与本机使用电压相符合。将电源软线伸长，把带有接地符号的黄绿线芯可靠接地，把其余三条线芯（配置单相电动机时为两条）分别接到开启式负荷开关（闸刀开关）断开时的引出端子上。工作前打开前门，用手拨动转盘观察是否有磕碰刀具的现象，如果有则将转盘上的紧定螺栓松开，稍微向外移动转盘，然后紧固紧定螺栓。闭合开启式负荷开关，启动开启按钮，视切刀运转方向是否正确，从入料口观察逆时针转动为正确，否则调整电源线，待切刀运转方向正确后空载试运转，各部位无异常方可试机。
使用、操作：
正常工作前先试切，观察所切蔬菜规格与要求是否一致，否则应调节（或更换）刀片与转盘的高度，调整无误后进行正常工作。切片的厚度由片刀与转盘的间隙来决定，通过调整片刀来实现尺寸变化。
