Secretary Chen Qiufa indicated in his speech that Liaoning and UAE have been maintained a better tie of cooperation for a long time, that there are enormous potentials and a bright future of cooperation in many fields like business, trade, tourism, culture and petrochemical industry, that Liaoning expects to establish a long-term, expanded and profound cooperation relationship with UAE friends from all walks of life based on friendship exchange, business partnership and mutual development, that We welcome UAE entrepreneurs to choose Liaoning counterparts as close partners to expand the trade volumes and two-way investment volumes as to open up a new chapter for Liaoning-UAE cooperation. Tan Li, Consul General from Chinese General Consulate in Dubai also delivered a speech. Mr. Song Yanlin, Director General of Liaoning Provincial Department of Commerce made a themed presentation on Liaoning introduction, in which Song brought up 4 pieces of suggestion of utilizing the opportunities of development of both free trade zones, of getting involved in the construction of Belt and Road, of expanding trade levels and of strengthening two-way investment. Officials from Shefu New District and Dalian Jinpu New District made project demonstration as well. Head of Investment Promotion of Sharjah Emirate? and Head of Hamriyah Free Zone Authority.also made presentations on investing Sharjah.
陈求发书记在致辞中指出，长期以来，辽宁与阿联酋保持了良好合作关系，双方在经贸、旅游、人文以及石油化工等众多领域合作潜力巨大、前景广阔。辽宁期待与阿联酋各界朋友一道，共叙友谊、共商合作、共谋发展，建立更加长期、广泛、深入的合作关系。欢迎阿联酋企业家选择辽宁，进一步做大双方贸易规模和双向投资规模，共同谱写辽宁与阿联酋良好合作的新篇章。中国驻迪拜代总领事谭理致辞、省商务厅厅长宋彦麟作专题推介，提出共享双方自贸区发展机遇、参与共建“一带一路”、扩大双方贸易规模、加强投资合作4点建议，沈抚新区、大连金普新区负责同志作项目推介。沙迦酋长国投资促进局局长和沙迦哈姆利亚自由区管理局负责人分别做投资沙迦的推介发言。During the seminar, a group of agreements of cooperation were signed, including “Overseas Storage” by Dalian Jinpu New District, Dalian Qiaomeng Electronic Tech Corp with Dubai Jinlong Group, of which an important window for Dalian’s overseas sale promoting Dalian’s products will be established for maximum collected benefits; “Oil Field Technology Service and Oil and Gas Equipment base” by Liaoning Juneng Heavy Industry Group with Khalifa Industry Zone Abu Dhabi, of which Liaoning’s oil drill machines will be sold to UAE and 120 sets of existing large drill machines will be systematically repaired; “Digital Port for Commodity Distribution and Purchase” by Shenyang Wuai Group with Dubai Jinlong Group, of which cooperation will be put forward on domestic distribution and purchase, cross-border supply-chain management, exhibition trade and investment; “All-aluminum Smart Furniture Agent” by Liaoning Zhongwang Group with Dubai Jinlong Group, of which strategic cooperation will be put forward on marketing in Mideast markets, brand promotion and construction of retail network; “UAE International Commercial Plaza” by Shefu New District, of which a modern, international, comprehensive park will be built on international trade, cultural exchange, recreation, dining and accommodation, including cross-border e-commerce, Mideast product exhibition, tax-free trade, governmental friendship.
推介会上，我省签订了一批合作项目，包括大连金普新区、大连侨盟电子科技公司与迪拜金龙集团海外仓项目，建成后，将成为推进大连企业产品海外销售的重要窗口，实现聚集效益最大化;辽宁聚能重工集团与阿布扎比哈利法工业区油田技术服务和油气装备基地项目，目的在于对阿石油进行钻机销售及对其现有的120部大型钻机进行系统大修，推动辽宁石油核心部件和成套设备出口;沈阳五爱集团与迪拜金龙集团商品集采数字港项目，主要是在国内集采、跨境供应链管理、双展贸易、投资建设等领域形成合作;辽宁忠旺集团与迪拜金龙集团全铝智能家具代理项目，围绕辽宁忠旺全铝智能家具，在中东市场进行营销推广、品牌宣传及零售网络建设方面开展战略合作;沈抚新区阿联酋国际商贸大厦项目，打造汇聚跨境电子商务、中东产品展示、免税贸易、政府对外友好联盟等多项内容，融国际贸易、文化交流、休闲娱乐、餐饮住宿为一体的现代化、国际化综合性园区。
