1、交流接触器的优缺点:吸力大,吸动可靠。由于是直接用交流驱动的,接线简单。不足是启动电流大,不适于频繁吸合和分断的场合,线圈匝数少,一但被卡住极易烧毁线圈。
2、交流接触器利用主接点来开闭电路,用辅助接点来导通控制回路。主接点一般是常开接点,而辅助接点常有两对常开接点和常闭接点,小型的接触器也经常作为中间继电器配合主电路使用。交流接触器的接点,由银钨合金制成,具有良好的导电性和耐高温烧蚀性。
直流接触器的电磁机构无涡流和磁滞损耗,铁心由整块软钢组成,端面上无需装短路环,采用磁吹式灭弧装置,线圈匝数多。直流接触器的操作频率较高,固有动作时间和固有释放时间要长。交流接触器起动电流大,不适于频繁吸合和分断的场合,线圈匝数少。
