一：充电场景：Charging scenario

我司电源可以模拟充电器充电，可以给任意电池进行充电：

参考三元锂电池20串 500AH电池，此电池充电电压为84V，充电最大电流为50A，

 

选择一款100V60A的我司产品，电压调到3V以内，再输出正负极短路，设置电流到50A，再断开短路，并把电压调到84V并接上电池，按启动键，充电器就会按84V50A恒流恒压模式充电，刚开始电源电压会拉低，这说明电池电量不足，等电压上升到84V，则电池充满。其他电池相同原理

一：老化场景应用：Aging scenario application

   我司电源可以给任何需要直流供电的产品用于老化供电，可以恒流或恒压模式供电

Our power supply can be used for aging power supply for any product requiring DC power supply, and can supply power in constant current or constant voltage mode

 

 

 

 

1，恒压模式设置：1. Constant pressure mode setting:

   先把电压旋钮逆时针扭到最小，电流旋钮顺时针扭到最大，再根据需要调节自己所需要的电压，恒压灯亮则为恒压模式，此状态可以恒压供电，负载所需电流只要不超过额定值，则正常输出，如果负载所需电流超过额定值，则电压增低，直到无输出，断开负载恢复正常。

First turn the voltage knob to the minimum anticlockwise and the current knob to the maximum clockwise, and then adjust the required voltage as required. When the constant voltage light is on, it is the constant voltage mode. In this state, the constant voltage power supply is available. As long as the current required by the load does not exceed the rated value, the output is normal. If the current required by the load exceeds the rated value, the voltage increases until there is no output, and the load is disconnected to recover Normal.

2，恒流模式设置：Constant current mode setting

   选择恒流模式，需先把电压调到3V以内，再把电流旋钮逆时针扭到最小，输出正负极短路，再根据显示，设置所需的电流，断开短路，电压调到所需要的电压，或顺时针直接最大输出即可。

 

To selec the constant current mode, first adjust the voltage to within 3V, then turn the current knob anticlockwise to the minimum, output the positive and negative pole short circuit, then set the required current according to the display, disconnect the short circuit, adjust the voltage to the required voltage, or directly output the maximum clockwise.

八：功率选择及线材匹配：Power selection and wire matching

1，感性负载建议按负载峰值电流选配直流电源，长期24小时工作按80%使用选配，阻性负载按90%使用率选配，如果短时间使用，比始一天只使用几小时，可以按95%使用率选配，我们产品是足功率，但需要保护我们的设备，延长使用寿命，所以功率选择时请考虑。

   

   1. It is recommended to selec DC power supply based on peak load current for inductive load, 80% for long-term 24-hour operation, and 90% for resistive load. If it is used for a short time, it can be selected based on 95% for only a few hours a day. Our product is full power, but we need to protect our equipment and extend its service life, so please consider power selection.

 

 

 

2，输入电输出线缆需客户按现场情况进行配套，我司不予提供，按1平方线缆输出3A来计算，总功率/电压=输出电流/3=所需线缆平方。

 

   2. The input and output cables shall be matched by the customer according to the site conditions, which will not be provided by our company. The total power / voltage = output current / 3 = required cable square.
